This was a beautiful weekend in one of our most stunning locations yet. Nestled on the river barrow we all enjoyed a weekend full of practises centred around the theme of grounding and gratitude. Surrounded by beautiful scenery, kind people and incredible food we all felt we were leaving with a lot to be grateful for.
